Due to popular demand, it is back for a limited time! The "Double Fugu Sashimi" course allows you to luxuriously enjoy both the classic fugu dish "Tessa" and the thick, meaty "Butsushi", a specialty of Genpin. "Tessa" is simple, but the more you chew it, the more the delicious flavor of fugu spreads in your mouth."Butsushi" is a dish of fugu meat cut into chunks and placed on sweet Chinese cabbage, served with a special spicy garlic sauce.This is the only course where you can enjoy two types of fugu sashimi.
